I have worked and volunteered at different sports events including London Marathon, Prudential Ride London, The Commonwealth Games in Birmingham, Canoe Slalom World Championships Lee Valley 2023, Roller Derby World Cup Innsbruck 2025.

I am very passionate about movement, body, nutrition and general health. I am a skater for Big Bucks High Rollers – High Wycombe and I’ve been playing roller derby for 17 years.

Skating and unfortunately injuries (two broken legs) inspired me to become a sports massage therapist and try my best to help others achieve better health and performance.

CrossFit is also a major part of my training and I always strive to become a better athlete.

I complete different courses and workshops every year to ensure that I keep up to date with the research and also widen my range of techniques.
